Using this website
This site is informational. The articles describe general plumbing practice and are not a substitute for a licensed plumber's inspection of your home. Do not attempt work you are not qualified or permitted to do.
Requesting service
Service is requested by phone at (208) 679-8357. A phone call does not by itself create a contract. A quote becomes an agreement when you approve it. Appointment windows are estimates, and we do not promise an arrival time.
Pricing and payment
We give a clear price before work starts. If a plumber finds a different problem during the job, we stop and explain the new price before continuing. Payment terms are explained when you approve the quote.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and record keeping, as described in our privacy policy.
Permits, licensing and code
Idaho plumbing permits are issued by the state Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses. Where a job needs a permit, the permit and inspection rules of the state apply. Our plumbers are licensed and insured.
Limits and changes
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for website content is limited. We may update these terms at any time. Questions go to (208) 679-8357. Last updated: October 15, 2026.
