Call, do not wait
We are a call-only plumbing company, so there is no form to fill out and no chat window. Phone calls let us ask whether your main valve is off, which no form can do.

What to have ready when you call
- Your street address and the nearest cross street.
- What you see, hear or smell, and when it started.
- Whether you found and closed the main water shutoff.
- Whether the water heater is gas or electric.
- Whether anyone has used a chemical drain cleaner in the line.
You do not need an account number or a model number. If you do not know an answer, say so and we will work it out together.
If the problem is not ours to fix
A gas smell goes to Intermountain Gas at 800-548-3679 and 911. A leak on the street side of your water meter goes to your water supplier. We would rather you make the right first call than wait on us.
When you are not sure which side a leak is on, call us anyway. We can usually tell from your description,.

Common questions
What are your hours?
The dispatch line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Can I send photos?
Describe the problem on the call. If a photo would help, the dispatcher will tell you how to send one.
Do you take walk-ins at the Eagle address?
No. Please call first. Our plumbers work in the field, so the office is not staffed for walk-ins.
Is it safe to wait until morning?
If water is still running, no. If the problem is stable and contained, a same-day appointment when available is often enough. The dispatcher will tell you which.
No form needed. Just call.
