What we collect
When you call (208) 679-8357, we collect your phone number, address, a description of the problem and anything else you tell us. This site has no forms, so it does not collect personal details through the page.
Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site working and secure.
Call recording notice
Calls to our dispatch line may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed. By staying on the line you consent to that recording. Tell the dispatcher if you do not agree and we will note it.
How we use information
We use call details to schedule and perform plumbing work, to send the plumber to the right address, to follow up on the job and to meet legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with the plumbers and service providers who need it to do the job, or when the law requires it. We keep records as long as needed for the work, warranty questions and our legal duties.
